Turn an overloaded schedule into a plan you can actually finish.

When tasks pile up, the hardest part is deciding what to drop. Sidekeeper's first assistant, Mina, reads your backlog and proposes what to do now, what to defer, what to let go and what to renegotiate — with a one-line reason for each. You approve every change.

Runs entirely in your browser — no account, nothing leaves the page. The beta is in Korean for now. Mina only proposes; nothing changes until you approve it.

I have way too much this week, and two deadlines collide.
Your list needs about 40% more hours than you have this week. Here's a plan that fits:
💰 RevenueReply to the client quote — first thing this morning
🔥 UrgentFriday report — draft by Thursday
🕐 DeferBlog cleanup — move to next Tuesday
✂️ Let goNotes from last month's seminar — no longer useful

How it works

Sidekeeper is not another calendar. It works on the backlog you already have and helps you decide.

01

Paste your backlog

Tasks, deadlines and commitments in plain text — no special format. Tell Mina how many hours you really have.

02

Mina proposes a re-plan

Each item gets one judgement and a one-line reason: do now, defer to a specific day, let go, or renegotiate with the person waiting on it.

03

You approve, item by item

Proposals appear as a review sheet. Only what you accept goes into the new plan, which you can export as text or a calendar file (.ics).

Mina's four judgements

A plan that tries to do everything is never kept. The value is in choosing what comes first and what to release.

💰

Revenue

Work that touches income or a customer moves forward.

🔥

Urgent

Deadlines that get costly when missed are protected first.

🕐

Defer

Non-urgent work moves to a day you actually have time.

✂️

Let go · Renegotiate

Stale items are closed; impossible ones get a suggested message to reset the date.

Built on Claude

Sidekeeper uses Anthropic's Claude API for the parts of the job that need judgement and language. Deterministic rules handle the arithmetic, so every proposal can be checked.

Understanding messy input

Claude turns free-form notes ("call Jin about the invoice before Friday, $") into structured tasks with deadlines, people and money signals.

Explaining every proposal

Capacity and deadlines are computed by code; Claude writes the short, specific reason shown next to each judgement, in Mina's voice.

Drafting renegotiations

For work that cannot fit, Claude drafts a polite message to the person waiting on it, proposing a realistic new date — you edit and send it yourself.

The re-planning approach comes from an internal schedule assistant our team already uses to triage its own work queue: one judgement, one reason and one approval per item.

Meet Mina, the first assistant

Sidekeeper will host several assistants with different personalities and specialties. Mina is the first.

M

Mina · schedules and priorities

Calm, asks before assuming, explains with numbers, and leaves the decision to you. Her job is to replace an impossible plan with one you can keep.

Our promises

An assistant is trusted with more than a to-do list.

  • You decideMina proposes; only the items you approve are applied. Nothing changes silently.
  • Reasons you can checkEvery proposal shows why it was moved, kept or dropped.
  • Only what's neededWe use the content you give us to build your plan, and nothing more.
  • Web firstNo install — it runs in the browser and works on mobile screens.
